• “We are under pressure to justify budgets and be more accountable.  We must develop an overall evaluation framework for program investments.”

  • “Funders and senior executives require an evaluation.  Our staff needs information on effective, easy to use methods that will meet their needs.”

  • “Our evaluation procedures are of uneven quality and scope and lack a unifying strategy and conceptual base. We need to bring more order and credibility to what we’re doing.”

How BEI Can Help

Training and Capability Building

Situations BEI Can Help Address

Dr. Daniela Schroeter has a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Evaluation, and Dr. Robert O. Brinkerhoff is considered one of the thought leaders in training and development evaluation. Together with our core team, we are available to provide training and capacity building as well as consultative services to develop tailored evaluation frameworks and strategies that meet the needs of a wide range of clients. We bring experience conducting meta-evaluations, developing evaluation strategies using the breadth of available evaluation theories and methodologies, and facilitating training, coaching, and development. We use best practices in adult learning, provide blended learning opportunities, and offer feedback-based coaching to maximize learning outcomes. Participants have consistently reported that BEI training events are dynamic, frame content in an easy-to-understand way, and provide immediately useful concepts and tools. Even participants who have studied evaluation practices for years report that they walk away with new insights or information.
